Whether your session is for your own personal enjoyment or your business I will customize every session according to your taste, needs and dreams.

Portraits

Your session at Marce Beeler Photography is about capturing your true personality, have fun and keeps memories that will last for generations.

Your session will take place in a relaxed and private atmosphere. I understand that expecting mothers, babies, kids and pets can take a bit longer. I am happy to give you all the time necessary to capture your most perfect images. Be confident that utilizing a professional studio vs. a large chain company ensures you will receive the utmost in customer service and professional quality prints. At our studio there are no hidden fees.

Please keep in mind that we will need at least one hour if not two or three, to go throug all the poses, outfits and locations. I recommend you to eat before the session or at least have a snack, especially if children will be part of the session.

What does my session fee include?

The portrait session fee includes a pre-session consultation as well as a 1-3 hour session at studio and/or location, editing of each photo, and a meeting when your portraits are in, to view and order. Please note that this fee is for time and talent only and does not include prints. Session fees are not refundable, however you may reschedule at no additional cost if more than 48 hours notice is given.

Where the Photo session would be?

* The session can be at your home or favorite location.

* I can recommend beautiful outside location as: Downtown, Riverside Park, Old Town, Botanica, etc.

* We will travel for a location shoot at no charge within Wichita city limits. Any locations located outside of Wichita metro area will be subject to a mileage charge.

When will my photos be ready?

Within 10 days of your session, 25-40 images will be available. Payment for portraits is due in full at the time the order is placed and your portraits will arrive within 2 weeks from date of payment.

What should we wear?

You want to be comfortable. You want to look natural in your portraits. If we will be photographing more than one person, it is best that your clothing is complimentary. Bright and bold colors are encouraged for really fun and unique child portraits. Sometimes bare feet are preferred. Please feel free to bring a few outfit changes. We can go over your choices before the session, we can try out a few different looks during the session. Textured clothing photographs really nicely as well; such as jeans, corduroy and knits. Please feel free to bring family heirlooms, favorite toys, hats, blankets or other items you wish to have included in the session. We may or may not use each item, but it’s always encouraged to bring along as much as you wish, which opens the doors to more possibilities out of your session.

Newborns

Sometimes the best way to shoot is with nothing at all or if you prefer, just a diaper o blanket.It is best to photograph newborns within the first TWO WEEKS of life for that fresh baby look. It is during this precious time that they sleep well and are most easily curled into womb-like positions. If you are expecting and would like to have a newborn session, please contact me before your baby is born to ensure a tentative date and time.
